We've got answers. If you don't see the answer to your question below, please contact our office at 831-250-6770

We remain committed to providing you with excellent therapy services while also keeping you and your family members safe and healthy. We continue to closely follow the local and State of California's public health guidance and implement all necessary precautions. For all in-person visits:

  • Our staff members will wear masks based on current mandates.
  • Parents must accompany their child to the initial evaluation. Both parents or caregivers are welcome in the sessions, although siblings are not permitted in therapy sessions. Babies in arms are exceptions as needed.
  • Treatment areas and toys are disinfected.
  • We will not require young children to wear masks. Adults will be required based on current mandates.
  • Any individual with cold or flu-like symptoms will not be permitted inside the clinic. If you would like to modify your appointment from in-person to virtual, please inform your therapist at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit.
  • We will continue to utilize our air filtration system throughout our office.

Have a question?

To schedule an evaluation, please call your physician for a referral. Your doctor can fax the referral to us at 831-250-6767. Once we receive your referral, we will contact you to schedule your first appointment. If you are using health insurance, please be sure to provide the most up-to-date information at the time of scheduling.

Which insurances do you accept?

How do I schedule an initial evaluation?

Coverage is dependent on the individual insurance plan. Many commercial and self-funded plans that have OT & PT benefits have exclusions for developmental delay diagnoses and will only cover services that are directly related to an accident, illness or injury. Our office will make every effort to determine whether your insurance covers services during the insurance benefit verification process. Please call our staff to discuss your insurance benefits and any financial responsibility (such as deductibles and copays), discuss a payment plan, and answer any questions that you may have.

Will my insurance cover the cost of my appointments?

Private pay is available for those who have out-of-network insurance, do not have insurance or have insurance that does not cover therapy services. The No Surprises Billing Act 2022 gives you the right to understand any potential costs of care. Our policy also ensures you receive a written estimate for medical services in a timely manner. For more information on good faith estimates, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
